Description:
If you are a dedicated, caring, and upbeat individual who wants to make a difference, this may be the position for you! As a front office staff member (patient care coordinator), you will perform routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative work, directly with patients and members of our staff. We have grown in our Overland Park location and are looking for serious applicants who are interested in long-term employment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the entry point for our practice General clerical activities Schedule patients, take payments Make reminder calls Answer basic practice-related questions Patient preparation - all forms and equipment ready to see the patient the next day Mail clinic reports
Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare setting required Outstanding written and verbal communication skills A friendly, positive, and patient demeanor Great administrative organizational skills Strong computer skills Exceptional customer service skills Financial truthfulness and responsibility Ability to maintain patient confidentiality Interest in long-term employment
Experience:
2-3 years clerical experience (medical setting) Experience in medical billing is also a plus
Job Type:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
