Do you have experience as an LPN or RN managing a team of healthcare professionals? Ascentist Healthcare is seeking a driven, patient-focused leader to join our team as a Plastic Surgery Clinic Manager . You'll work closely with physicians and administrative leaders to ensure efficient clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and develop nursing staff through hiring, coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, training, and ongoing mentorship. Drive team-based care and quality improvement by implementing evidence-based guidelines, monitoring outcomes, and optimizing workflows and resources. Collaborate with the Administrator, providers, and other department leaders to address patient care concerns and enhance clinical systems. Maintain proficiency with the EHR, generate reports, update protocols, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance. Foster positive communication, professionalism, and patient-centered service while representing the clinic internally and externally. A comprehensive overview of position-specific duties and responsibilities will be provided during the interview process.
