Sleep Safe Drivers is growing, and we are looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our on-site team in Lenexa, KS. This role is ideal for a licensed clinical professional who enjoys blending hands-on clinical work with patient support, coordination, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about sleep health, patient outcomes, and being part of a collaborative clinical team, we want to hear from you. ✨ What You'll Do As Clinical Coordinator, your primary role will be to build the scope and performance of the SSD Compliance Center. This job requires both customer service and clinical training aspects. Your strategic leadership and vision will also be valued as we work to create a cohesive team that can deliver optimal growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
This includes:
Clinical Support:
Support efforts to expand our Compliance monitoring base and to ensure its optimal performance. This includes assisting customers with compliance reports and questions. Setting up compliance monitoring services for patients. Troubleshooting equipment, data or interface issues. Any duties delegated related to these services by management. Supply and equipment
Support:
Support supply and equipment management including: Contacting customers for supply/equipment needs. Creating delivery/charge tickets.
Customer Service Support:
Support efforts to accomplish all customer service tasks to include: Referral processing, Collect, index and upload medical records while maintaining HIP AA compliance at all time. Act as an initial point of contact for customers and providers. Communicate with various departments by providing information pertaining to equipment, supplies, and services needed to start patients on service with our company.
Departmental Performance:
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for your performance in all aspects within the Company. SleepSafe Drivers, Inc. takes team building seriously and the expectation is you will participate with the same ethics, intensity and professionalism that the Company demands of all employees.
Education and Training:
It is your responsibility to make sure that you find and get adequate training toward optimizing your performance. In doing so, you will need to work with the Clinical Director to suggest or outline training needs.
