Vitus Search Group is a seeking a location manager for our full-service organization servicing both the military and civilian population in Lenexa, KS We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Location Manager.
Job Summary:
The Location Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the location. This includes all aspects of daily operations, including patient care, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance. The Location Manager will work with the Facilities Manager to ensure that all facility needs are met and that the quality of care we provide is maintained. The Location Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of their location. This includes patient care, staffing, scheduling, financial performance. The Location Manager will work with the Facilities Manager to ensure that all facility needs are met and that the quality of care we provide is maintained. This position reports to the Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high quality of care at all locations by following established policies and procedures
  • Work with other facilities managers to ensure all facilities meet health care standards
  • Manage daily operations of each location to ensure high quality of care at each site
  • Responsible for the financial performance of each location by managing budgets, reporting financial information, and implementing appropriate controls and strategies to reduce expenses
  • Coordinate with Regional Team Members regarding staffing levels at each site
  • Coordinate with Regional Team Members regarding hiring practices at each site
  • Recognize job skills and performance indicators at each site to promote continuous improvement in staff productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate facility maintenance tasks at each site as needed
  • Coordinate facility repairs as needed at each site
  • Conduct annual reviews at each site to maintain state regulations and employee satisfaction standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Site Manager or Regional Director as needed
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with customers and colleagues
