Role:
As our Patient Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment families walk through our doors. You will support daily office operations, patient flow, scheduling, patient communication, and care coordination, allowing our doctors to focus on patient care while the practice continues to grow. This is a full-time, in-person position, with no weekends required , and opportunities to grow into an Office Manager or Office Coordinator role over time for the right candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Experience & Front Desk Greet patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Create a calm, welcoming environment for pregnant moms, babies, children, and families Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly; schedule appointments and follow-ups Maintain patient satisfaction through clear communication and organization Office Operations & Coordination Opening and closing office duties Manage daily schedules and patient flow New patient onboarding and data entry into chiropractic software Track care plans, visits, and follow-up appointments Assist with financial conversations, payments, and care plan logistics Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and inventory Doctor & Team Support Support doctors during busy clinic days by keeping schedules running smoothly Assist with basic patient education and in-office procedures (training provided) Coordinate reactivations and patient communication as needed Growth & Leadership Support Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented office culture Support practice systems and help identify opportunities for improvement Opportunity to grow into an Office Manager/Office Coordinator role as the practice expands The Ideal Candidate You might be a fit if you: Are warm, personable, and welcoming Are organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Feel comfortable and confident communicating with patients about scheduling and finances Enjoy working with families, babies, and children Thrive in a people-focused environment Are proactive, adaptable, and have a strong "figure-it-out" mindset Are interested in long-term growth within a holistic healthcare practice Qualifications Experience in an office, front desk, administrative, or medical setting preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Interest in holistic health, wellness, or family-centered care is a bonus Schedule & Compensation Full-time, in-person position No weekends
Pay:
