$87,868.84 - $118,881.20 per year How you'll make an impact in this role: Lead the creation and rollout of comprehensive policies, procedures, and long-term clinical strategies. Structure operations to ensure services remain high-quality and cost-effective , maintaining a delicate balance between clinical outcomes and budgetary health. Implement operational frameworks that ensure service delivery consistently meets or exceeds organizational productivity benchmarks. Provide direct oversight to clinical department heads, ensuring accountability and professional growth. Coordinate cross-departmental services to ensure 100% adherence to all contractual and regulatory requirements. Execute ongoing audits and maintain robust quality control programs to proactively identify and fix operational bottlenecks. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /Registration:
BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred. Registered Nurse preferred.Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
