Job Description

Clinical Director Job Listing:
Creating Connections Therapy is looking for a full time Clinical Director to manage an ABA center consisting of approximately 12-15 children.
About Creating Connections:
Creating Connections Therapy provides behavior analytic services to preschool-aged children and their families in and around the Leawood, KS community. With a focus on delivering behavior therapy via developmentally appropriate teaching strategies in play-based settings, Creating Connections uses evidence-based practices in both their early childhood centers, or at the child's preschool of choice when applicable.

Job Responsibilities:
The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring the clinical quality of ABA services at Creating Connections Therapy by overseeing the ongoing development of staff (both Registered Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts) and client progression on treatment plans. The Clinical Director is also responsible for staff adherence to CCT's core values related to play-based and natural environment teaching, use of a verbal behavior card sort program (The Pattan Method), group instruction and activities, and development of quality peer interactions where applicable. Oversee clinical programming for all clients to ensure high-quality services. Review and approve assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.) and treatment plans. Conduct regular supervision of BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical competence and compliance with ethical guidelines. Provide direct supervision hours to BCBA candidates and RBTs as required. Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies. Conduct clinical audits of treatment plans, data collection, session notes, and documentation. Develop and deliver training programs for BCBAs, RBTs, and technicians. Provide mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations for clinical staff Support families with navigating the ABA process, including treatment goals, insurance, and transitions. Address family concerns or complaints related to clinical care. Collaborate with other professionals (speech therapists, OTs, educators, psychologists, medical providers, etc.) to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in IEP meetings or interdisciplinary team meetings as needed. Support integration of ABA services within broader therapeutic or educational environments. Provide leadership during client or staff crises. Ensure all clinical decision-making reflects ethical, legal, and evidence-based standards. Required Qualifications Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Kansas and Missouri Interest in working as part of a team and collaborating with other professionals.
