  • The Opportunity:
  • Saint Luke's South has an opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager in the Breast Center.
  • The Hours:
    Full Time Days
  • The Work:
  • + Assists the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising planning organizing directing and coordinating the day to day operation of the unit including all personnel related aspects of the department.
+ Serves as a positive professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership independent judgement and decision making skills. + The Clinical Supervisor acts as a resource for the staff in the area of maintaining departmental records scheduling staff development and other special projects. The Clinical Supervisor assesses learning needs and plans implements and evaluates educational activities for nursing staff in the department. + Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment. + Must be full time and have the flexibility to meet the unit needs. Certified Nurse Navigator with 3 years of experience preferred

    1 year Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS) Bachelor's Degree
