Job Description

We are a growing pediatric therapy clinic dedicated to providing high‑quality, ethical, and compassionate care to children and families. We are seeking a BCBA who is passionate about child development, caregiver empowerment, and data‑driven treatment. Position Summary The BCBA will serve as the clinical lead for ABA services, providing assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver training. This role includes direct collaboration with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and other disciplines to support whole‑child development. We are looking for a part time position to build up to a full time position. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, AFLS, functional assessments). Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable, meaningful goals. Provide structured parent/caregiver training to support generalization at home and in the community. Supervise RBTs and paraprofessionals, ensuring treatment integrity and clinical excellence. Analyze data regularly and adjust programming based on progress. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and meet clinic productivity expectations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care. Uphold BACB ethics and all payer‑specific requirements. Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. Active BCBA certification in good standing. Strong clinical judgment and ability to individualize treatment. Excellent communication and caregiver‑coaching skills. Experience with pediatric populations preferred
Pay:
$68,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
