This role manages staffing, scheduling, policies, compliance, and operational performance while supporting the financial and administrative functions of the practice. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows, smooth patient flow, and high-quality care. Manage clinic schedules, provider templates, staffing levels, and resource allocation. Recruit, hire, train, and support staff performance through coaching, evaluations, and corrective actions. Monitor employee attendance, professionalism, and approve timecards and payroll hours. Develop, implement, and update clinic policies and procedures to support efficiency, compliance, and patient satisfaction. Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Oversee budgets, facility needs, vendor relationships, and contractual obligations. Support billing, coding accuracy, claims processing, collections, and insurance verification workflows. Ensure timely and accurate referral processing and prior authorizations. Track KPIs and operational metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and implement process improvements based on data insights. Qualifications Proven experience in medical management or healthcare management roles •
Preferred:
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Management experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable This position is integral to maintaining the quality and efficiency of our healthcare services. We seek a dedicated professional committed to excellence in healthcare management.
Education:
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
