$42,000 - $50,000 per year (Full-Time) About the Role Are you a high-energy leader who loves the fast-paced world of hospitality? We are looking for a Director of Hospitality to lead our Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon operations in Bowling Green. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that goes beyond the storefront—you'll be managing high-profile partnerships, community catering, and game-day excitement! Requirements (The Must-Haves) 2+ years of leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality management.

Open Availability:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays to support store and event needs.

Valid Driver's License:

Reliability is key for coordinating off-site catering and concessions. ServSafe Manager Certification (or the ability to obtain it within 30 days). Strong organizational skills to manage multiple locations and event timelines simultaneously. Responsibilities (The Day-to-Day)

WKU Concessions:

Lead the charge at Western Kentucky University sporting events, ensuring our fans get the best snacks with lightning-fast service.

Off-Site Catering:

Oversee the growth and execution of our catering department, from corporate lunches to local community events.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain brand standards for quality and cleanliness at our mall locations and mobile units.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and inspire a team of Store Managers and Crew Members to deliver "Golden" hospitality.

Financial Stewardship:

Manage labor, COGS, and inventory to ensure maximum profitability across all revenue streams. Rewards (Benefits & Perks)
