Lead Clinician

Description Position Overview The Lead Clinician serves as both a treating clinician and a clinical leader within the organization. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys mentoring others, supporting team growth, contributing ideas, and helping create a positive clinic culture while continuing to provide meaningful therapy services to children and families. This is a full-time salaried position with a balance of direct treatment, leadership responsibilities, mentorship, collaboration, and administrative support. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based pediatric speech-language therapy and evaluations Support and mentor clinicians through collaboration, guidance, and clinical problem-solving Assist with onboarding and training of new therapists and Clinical Fellows Promote high-quality documentation and ethical clinical practices Collaborate with leadership on clinic systems, workflow improvements, and team initiatives Foster a positive, supportive, and family-centered clinic environment Participate in trainings, team meetings, and professional development opportunities Qualifications Required Active Kentucky Speech-Language Pathology license Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Pediatric Private Practice experience Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth Preferred Leadership or mentorship experience Minimum of 2 years pediatric experience preferred Experience supporting Clinical Fellows or newer clinicians Specialty areas or advanced pediatric clinical expertise Interest in program development, training, or quality improvement Schedule & Compensation Full-time salaried position (38 hours/week) Approximately 22-26 direct treatment hours weekly Protected documentation and administrative time built into schedule

Salary:
