Seniority-based PTO:

What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on care for patients in custody (triage, chronic care, urgent needs) Administer medications, complete assessments, and document thoroughly Collaborate with custody staff to ensure timely response to patient requests Maintain a high standard of clinical care, ethics, and professionalism Ensure safety and compliance with facility and CCC policies

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our healthcare operations within correctional facilities, ensuring smooth administrative processes that contribute to our mission of providing high-quality medical care. Responsibilities Coordinate administrative tasks to support healthcare operations in correctional facilities. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing communications between staff and clients. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient care and facility operations. Support the clinical team by preparing necessary materials and supplies. Coordinates the scheduling and assignments of medical staff, ensuring adequate coverage. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Shift coverage or on call for nursing emergencies and nurse staff needs. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients. Proficient in using office software and healthcare management systems. #IND1
