  • $1 for $1 match on first 3% and .50 on for the 4th and 5th Percent Employee paid $80k Life insurance policy 9 paid federal holidays Birthday off paid Paid Time Off
  • approximately 21 days a year and increases to 26 days starting in year 5 Extended Illness Bank
  • Medical leave compensation
  • accrues 8 days a year and will cap at 8 weeks.
Job Tasks:
Planning, leading and directing day-to-day clinic operations to meet quality and financial objectives Staff supervision, development, performance evaluation, recruitment and monitoring of staff/provider to ensure health center standards Managing patient experience, customer service and complaint resolution to meet key indicators of patient satisfaction Actively engaged in patient flow and execution of workflows, policies, and procedures to meet patient access and quality goals. Results driven data analysis, proactive problem identification and resolution Drives operational innovation and excellence in the health center Bachelors degree in health care administration or business administration Masters degree in health care administration or business administration preferred 1 Year of Healthcare Management/Supervisory Experience
