Position Summary A Clinic Coordinator is responsible for maintaining daily operations and overall management of the practice. This includes assigning duties, monitoring staff performance, and overseeing clinic operations. The role requires the individual to be licensed (e.g., LPN, Medical Assistant, Radiology Tech, Imaging Tech) and to actively function within their licensed capacity.Reports to:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferredLPN:

Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with organizational objectives Direct and evaluate departmental operations including patient care delivery, technology use, service levels, and complaint resolution Plan and oversee staffing activities (hiring, orientation, evaluations, discipline, and education) Prepare, monitor, and manage departmental budgets Ensure compliance with financial and operational guidelines Coordinate and lead internal and external audits Promote a culture of professional growth and development Integrate evidence-based practices into clinical and operational processesNon-Essential Functions:
