  • Part-time We are seeking a personable, motivated, and highly organized Patient Coordinator who thrives on building relationships and helping patients take control of their health.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with men about health and wellness, and skilled at creating a welcoming, high-energy patient experience. This role combines traditional medical assistant responsibilities with patient communication, appointment scheduling, CRM management, and proactive follow-up with prospective and existing patients. We are looking for someone who is: Personable and easy to talk to Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with patients Organized and detail-oriented Confident using CRM and scheduling software Proactive and self-motivated Able to build trust and rapport quickly Responsibilities include: Managing incoming leads and patient inquiries Following up with prospective patients to schedule consultations Maintaining and organizing the clinic CRM Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient communication Assisting providers with patient care and clinic flow Creating an exceptional patient experience from first contact through ongoing treatment
