Patient Sales Coordinator The Ageless Center is seeking a highly motivated Patient Sales Coordinator to join our growing medical wellness and aesthetics team. This is a sales-focused position responsible for converting leads into consultations, consultations into treatment plans, and treatment plans into long-term clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, enjoys building relationships, and understands how to guide prospective patients through the decision-making process. Success in this role comes from consistent follow-up, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals. Candidates with experience in med spas, aesthetics, wellness clinics, plastic surgery, chiropractic offices, dental treatment coordination, fitness memberships, inside sales, or consultative sales are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Respond to new patient inquiries through phone, text, email, social media, and CRM platforms Convert leads into scheduled consultations and treatment appointments Educate prospective patients on services, memberships, packages, financing options, and treatment plans Follow up with leads, consultation no-shows, inactive patients, and unsold treatment plans Support clinic growth by increasing consultation bookings, treatment acceptance, and patient retention Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all lead and sales activities Requirements Minimum 2 years of sales, patient coordinator, treatment coordinator, med spa, wellness, or customer service experience Proven track record of meeting sales goals, conversion goals, or revenue targets Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, memberships, and treatment recommendations Strong phone, communication, and objection-handling skills Highly organized with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities Experience using CRM systems, scheduling software, or lead management tools preferred Results (KPIs) Consultation booking rate goal of 60%+ Consultation show rate goal of 80%+ Lead response time under 15 minutes during business hours Provider utilization goal of 80%+ Monthly sales revenue goal established with leadership Positive patient experience and retention metrics Rewards (Pay & Benefits) Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities based on sales performance Employee discounts on products and services Career growth opportunities within a growing medical wellness practice Ongoing sales, customer experience, and leadership training Supportive and team-oriented culture Required Application Step After submitting your application, please complete our pre-screening survey: Culture Index Pre-Screening Survey Applications will not be fully considered until the survey has been completed
