Job Description

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to foster and develop our client relationships, manage the process from the first point of contact and maintain a superior patient experience day to day. This position quickly builds rapport with current and prospective clients, making each client feel valued while instilling confidence in our ability to help them. The ideal team member would be able to provide concierge-level service and be highly responsive to all patient needs.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails from current or potential patients with a confident and friendly demeanor Complete timely patient follow-up tasks Create invoices and receive payments Answer questions about our products and services, including helping strategically guide clients on which services they should book based on their concerns Schedule and reschedule appointments Respond to any client concerns with empathy and a customer-service mindset prior to forwarding the issue to be handled by management Contact clients overdue for appointments to help schedule their services Send and process electronic medical consent forms to clients coming in for services Prioritize daily tasks Properly communicate with the entire team regarding patient encounters Take on tasks that promote business development
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
2-3 yrs work experience in related field Highly developed interpersonal skills Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, medical spa Strong computer skills
