Job Description

Clinic Manager The Clinic Manager provides daily operational leadership for the Clinic.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Accountable for the team-oriented, efficient, financially sound, and quality performance of assigned departments, including strategic planning, budget development, productivity, and quality improvement. Provides and maintains effective communication with medical staff, community leaders and organizations, and all levels of management and staff-level employees. Participates in a constructive, collaborative manner on internal and external committees and work groups Formulates and meets Critical Success Factors each year as part of the Strategic Planning Process. Utilizes techniques and skills to accomplish change, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Applies principles of leadership to achieve organizational mission and goals. Manages the condition of the equipment, facility, and grounds providing a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Assists in preparing the annual budget for the individual unit based on productivity and utilization of resources. Delegates tasks appropriately to ancillary personnel. Provides relief and high patient volume coverage for clinic positions in delivery of patient care and services.
Education:
Graduate from a school of nursing, Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelors in Nursing (BSN), or applicable clinical licensure from an accredited institution required.
Experience:
Previous experience in a physician's office practice, emergency room or health department preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Valid Kentucky Board of Nursing (KBN) license or applicable clinical licensure from an accredited institution required.
