Full-Time | Leadership Role Health & Wellness Director (Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN) Charter Senior Living is seeking an experienced and compassionate Health & Wellness Director (DON/LPN) to lead clinical operations within our Assisted Living community. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and a culture that truly lives our mission— To Enhance the Human Spirit . Position Summary The Health & Wellness Director manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' clinical and wellness needs are met as they change over time. This role ensures residents are treated with dignity and respect while overseeing quality care delivery, medication management, care planning, and regulatory compliance. This position partners closely with community leadership, caregivers, residents, and families to support safe, compassionate, and consistent care. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical and wellness operations for Assisted Living residents Ensure compliance with state regulations, community policies, and best practices Manage and support nursing and caregiving staff Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and ongoing evaluations Oversee medication management and clinical documentation Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure appropriate interventions Partner with families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, and teamwork Required Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license - required Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience Assisted Living, Senior Living, or Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills Commitment to resident-centered care and team development Pay, Benefits & Perks Competitive salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually Get paid today with ZayZoon Free medical insurance plan available Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Holiday Pay Referral bonus program Career growth and advancement opportunities Stable leadership role with reliable hours Supportive work environment where your voice is heard and respected
