Our clinical multidisciplinary approach to care delivers the correct intervention to every patient, every time through various pain management procedures including injections, open surgical cases with general anesthesia, physical therapy, and psychological services. Job Summary The Clinic Office Manager will direct, supervise, and coordinate staff according to the clinic schedule. They will oversee office activities on a day-to-day basis while providing quality patient care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities (What You'll Do) Serve as the primary liaison between clinic staff and senior leadership, effectively communicating operational needs and concerns. Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, including optimization and oversight of provider schedules to maintain smooth patient flow. Supervise clinic staff, including scheduling, approving time off, and resolving employee-related matters with professionalism and discretion. Manages associates to successful alignment with job responsibilities and address any issues appropriately in the progressive corrective action process. Partners with Human Resources for appropriate management of gross misconduct, consistent unrectified poor performance or escalating counterproductive behavior. Participates in decisions for and communication of corrective action. Promotes associate development and engagement. Lead hiring efforts by interviewing and selecting qualified candidates for clinic-based roles. Demonstrates ability to manage applicable location and associate population to compliant success and growth in accordance with organization goals. Demonstrates ability to hire, retain, develop, and engage a-players on their team. Oversee daily reconciliation of front desk collections and ensure timely and accurate bank deposits. Address and resolve patient concerns with empathy and in alignment with APC's commitment to high-quality service. Administer and monitor the patient discharge process for the assigned clinic, ensuring it is handled in a consistent and compliant manner. Ensure clinic operations comply with all relevant federal, state, and organizational regulations and policies. Provide leadership coverage and operational support at other clinic locations as needed and collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals. Monitor provider charge lag and support clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate entry of charges in alignment with revenue cycle expectations. Other duties as assigned. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and/or Experience Requirements Prior experience in Healthcare administration in a large medical office required.
