Role Overview Sodexo is searching for a Clinical Nutrition Manager for HCA Rapides Regional Medical Center Hospital. RRMC is a 380-bed facility located in Alexandria, LA and offers a wide range of health care services. This a great opportunity to advance your management experience and continue to have patient interaction. As the Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will serve in a leadership role; manage the nutrition programs and provide direction and training to the team supporting operational excellence. Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually! What You'll Do Will have strong clinical nutrition skills and be able to establish proactive relationships with the medical staff. Be responsible for the clinical program, direct care of patients, as well as provide oversight for regulatory and accreditation preparation and visits. (50% patient load 50% management) Supervise client dietitians and be able to collaborates with patient services Develop and maintain strong relationships with the medical, ancillary staff, administration, as well as represent Sodexo for the facility Precept Dietetic Interns Assist General Manager in additional projects and tasks to enhance service culture and more; Additional responsibilities will include training and education of staff and personnel, and working with the food and nutrition management team to achieve patient satisfaction goals. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
