As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, you will play a crucial role in the clinical direction, supervision, and oversight of our team. Responsibilities Provide clinical direction, supervision, and oversight for MHP Team Leader, MHP, and MHS staff according to agency policies and procedures. Identify and respond to staff training needs, including in-service targeted, advanced, and/or required OBH trainings. Ensure active recipient engagement in all aspects of care and coordinate services provided through MHR and non-MHR agencies. Consult with medical professionals and community agency personnel to develop diagnosis, identify strengths and needs, and formulate care plans. Coordinate the delivery of services within the hospital and broader community to address continuity of care needs. Participate in Crisis Intervention services, supervision, and collaboration according to agency policies and procedures. Lead initial and concurrent assessment and authorization processes, including supervision of support staff. Develop and implement Individualized Service Recovery Plans, Crisis Management Plans, and Discharge Plans. Provide Outpatient Therapy Services according to approved Service Definitions, as needed. Ensure compliance with certifications, licensure, training, and documentation requirements according to State/Medicaid/Agency mandates. Document services provided in accordance with clinical standards and agency policies and procedures. Complete written evaluations on supervised team members and Quality Assurance Chart Reviews. Participate in staff, work unit, and/or department committee programs and resource activities. Actively participate in all Surveys, Evaluations, Inspections, or State Monitoring of Rehabilitation Services, LLC. Perform other duties as assigned.
