Behavioral Health Accounting Coordinator

Who We Are Large Behavioral Health Organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Coordinator to join our onsite team in Metairie, LA . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing accounting funtions across multiply locations and LLC's, preparing and analyzing various aspects in the accounting deparment. Key responsibilities:

Support daily operations: maintain A/P and A/R, and record payments received Assist with payroll processing as needed Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial reports, and cash flow statements for management Maintain the general ledger's accuracy and ensure supporting documentation is audit-ready Required qualifications/skills: 5+ years in a similar bookkeeping/accounting role (Bachelor's in Accounting a plus) Expert-level QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency; solid grasp of standard accounting concepts Deadline-driven, highly organized, detail-obsessed, and able to work independently or with a team If you're ready to bring precision and pace to a high-impact finance seat, apply with your resume (and a cover letter highlighting your accounting software experience).
