$16 - $20 per hour Job Description CEDAR Health is seeking someone who genuinely enjoys both people and creativity—someone who can make patients and families feel at ease the moment they walk through our doors, while also helping us share our mission with the broader community. At CEDAR Health, we provide specialized care for eating disorders across the lifespan. This role is ideal for someone who is open to learning about eating disorders and passionate about helping reduce stigma, increase awareness, and connect more individuals to care. We're especially excited about someone who wants to take initiative and help elevate our social media presence to the next level. What you'll do: Serve as the welcoming, supportive first point of contact for patients and families Perform front desk and coordination duties including scheduling, phone triage, and patient communication Grow our social media presence (content creation, posting, and engagement) Design graphics and develop content that is aligned with our voice—warm, approachable, and educational Bring new ideas to the table and help evolve our marketing strategy over time Support community outreach, including connecting with local providers and attending occasional site visits or events Help translate complex eating disorder topics into content that is clear, sensitive, and meaningful Who you are: Warm, personable, and emotionally attuned Creative and proactive—you don't just wait for direction, you bring ideas Interested in social media trends and how to apply them thoughtfully in a healthcare setting Organized and able to balance front-facing responsibilities with creative work Open to learning about eating disorders and committed to representing this work with care and accuracy How to
