We are currently looking for Clinic Manager (LPN or RN) to join us at our Ouachita Parish Sites.

Responsibilites include:

• Ensures adequate staffing coverage of administrative/clinic areas.
• Manages daily operations and program delivery of the clinic site.
• Collaborates with care team for efficiency in scheduling, cancellations, etc.
• Implements, trains and supports staff on procedures, processes, etc.
• Implements processes to maximize resources and improve patient care.
• Supervises allocation of staff, resources, etc. and assignment of duties.
• Supervises and delegates support functions within the clinic site.
• Upholds policies, procedures, quality improvement, workplace safety, etc.
• Executes and maintains confidentiality of employee information.
• Participates in staff supervision, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
