Greater New Orleans Area-South Louisiana | Full-Time Executive Leadership Opportunity A rapidly growing South Louisiana healthcare company is seeking an experienced Director of Operations (Administrator) to lead and grow one of the most respected non-medical senior home care companies in the region. We are a privately held In-Home Senior Care provider serving families throughout the Greater New Orleans area.

The Director of Operations (Administrator) will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency while helping execute the long-term vision and culture established by ownership. This individual will lead office operations, staffing, scheduling, recruiting, compliance, client experience, caregiver development, and overall team performance. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, solutions-oriented, and passionate about serving seniors and supporting employees. We are looking for someone who leads with positivity, accountability, professionalism, and a genuine desire to build a strong team culture. This is not a "sit behind a desk" management position. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can inspire a team, solve problems quickly, maintain high standards supporting a team that operates 24 hours a day. This role does have an on-call component. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily operations of the agency Ensure compliance with all Louisiana Department of Health regulations and company policies Oversee staffing, scheduling, caregiver support, and client satisfaction Conduct client assessments and assist with care planning Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives Support and develop office staff and caregivers to maintain a high-performance culture Maintain training records, audits, documentation, and operational compliance Assist with marketing, community outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts Ensure families and referral sources receive exceptional customer service Help drive agency growth while maintaining operational excellence Create a positive, energetic, and solutions-focused office culture Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Home Care, Healthcare, Hospice, Home Health, Senior Care, Social Services, or a related field Proven ability to lead/develop teams and manage operations in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, leadership, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills Experience with staffing coordination and workforce management preferred Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and multitask effectively Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working with technology and Microsoft Office systems Experience with healthcare marketing or business development Strong emotional intelligence and ability to lead with accountability and professionalism What Success Looks Like:
