A master's degree in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field plus three years of experience providing behavioral health treatment; OR A doctorate in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field, or a medical degree plus two years of experience providing behavioral health treatment. Job Duties:

As a Behavioral Health Program Director A, the incumbent will: Monitor, assess, and develop clinical core competencies, training, and orientation by clinical supervision and oversee all clinicians providing direct treatment services. Provide formal clinical supervision to interns, counselors, and master-level clinicians. Deliver expert and specialized clinical services, as a licensed clinician, to clients with behavioral health issues.
