Job Description

CSO is looking for a Supervising Clinician for the Family Resource Center (FRC,) Valuing Our Children (VOC) in Athol. The Family Resource Center (FRC) is a community based, family focused program that supports parents, caregivers, and their children from birth to 18 years old. The FRC provides linkages to community resources to help with basic needs, family support, therapeutic services and resources. We provide a holistic array of activities for families that include support groups for caregivers, playgroups, evidenced based parenting groups, school support, as well as arts, cultural, and recreational activities. This position will provide direct and indirect mental health services to FRC children and their families. This is a part-time, 20 hour/week position but could be full-time with added hours at our Outpatient Clinic in Athol. At full-time, starting salary is $58,000

As a
Supervising Clinician:
You Will:
Provide direct services to FRC families and youth, and prioritize clinical services/supports to "Children Requiring Assistance" (CRA) related youth and family members Provide on-site or home-based clinical support as needed Perform trauma informed intake assessments and complete CANS clinical assessments. Lead development of Family Support Plan Assist in referral to ongoing therapeutic services; lead on site groups for families and/or youth Provide ongoing supervision and case management oversight to Family Partner. Maintain complete, accurate and timely records Consult and collaborate with other professionals providing services to FRC clients Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, in-service trainings, and other required meetings Follow all grant provisions Receive supervision on a consistent basis Participate in group supervision when doing group therapy Provide supervision for staff and/or interns upon approval by supervisor
Your Background:
Clinical Master's degree Five years of relevant experience Clinical license (preferred) Computer proficiency Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. We also seek applicants who embody CSO's values by being: Positive
