The ideal candidate is highly organized, patient-focused, and experienced in dental scheduling, insurance verification, billing, collections, and practice management. This role serves as the operational hub of the practice, ensuring an exceptional patient experience while supporting clinical staff and maintaining efficient office workflows. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Front Office Operations Manage patient check-in, check-out, and overall front-office operations. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and scheduling requests promptly and professionally. Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Scheduling & Practice Flow Manage provider schedules and optimize appointment utilization. Coordinate treatment appointments, recalls, and follow-up visits. Minimize schedule gaps, cancellations, and no-shows through proactive patient communication. Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to ensure efficient clinic flow. Insurance & Billing Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage. Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and timely. Follow up on outstanding claims and insurance reimbursements. Manage patient balances, statements, payment plans, and collections professionally.
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
