Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. In this key front-office role, you will help ensure that each patient receives exceptional care and a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of dental office procedures. The hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6pm and a half day Friday .
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a welcoming and professional environment. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointments for dental providers. Accurately collect and verify patient information, including full insurance breakdowns and dental histories. Calculate patient co-pays and communicate coverage details clearly. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services and treatments. Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up visits, and financial responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a dental office is required. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in administrative functions, including scheduling and record-keeping. Experience with Open Dental software is a plus . Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor. Why Join Us?
