We value kindness, strong interpersonal skills and the innate ability to work as part of a cohesive team. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior dental office experience and be comfortable managing patient scheduling, insurance coordination and front office operations independently. Compensation commensurate with proven dental front desk experience and insurance knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recent dental front desk experience
REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of scheduling, treatment coordination and patient communication Professional demeanor with excellent organizational and multitasking skills, reliable and detail-oriented Comfortable learning and working with dental office software systems
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and manage patient scheduling Verify insurance benefits and process claims Collect payments and maintain accurate records Support smooth daily front office operations
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
