Position Type Full-Time/Regular The OSGP Senior Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all the functions and activities related to patient access including, but not limited to: front end customer service, patient registration, insurance/coverage verification (medical and dental), benefit checks (medical and dental) appointment scheduling(clinic, office, operating room, pre procedure, hospital radiology), prior authorizations for office, clinic, operating room and procedure visits. Managed care PCC referrals. and a variety of administrative duties in support of department (such as coordination of physician OR blocks and clinic schedules, handling forms, phones, EPIC messaging, emails, making administrative appointments, faxing, mailings, letters, reports, order special equipment for OR or office procedures, etc.). Communication liaison between patients, primary care office, insurances, referring offices, etc. Required Experience High School Diploma/GED required, Associate's/Vocational/Technical degree preferred. 1 to 3 years of experience required.
