This role focuses on improving how members access, navigate, and interact with healthcare services across digital and service channels.

6 months What You'll Do Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital member engagement solutions (web, mobile, and service channels) Partner with enterprise technology teams to build scalable, consumer-centric platforms Translate CX/UX research and insights into actionable product decisions and measurable outcomes Drive omnichannel engagement strategies to improve member access, usability, and satisfaction Define and track success metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, NPS, member experience) Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams in an agile environment Influence stakeholders and align teams around a shared product vision What You Bring 5+ years of experience in product management, digital health, or CX-focused roles Strong experience leading digital product or member engagement initiatives in healthcare Proven ability to own product roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization Nice to Have Experience with healthcare claims, benefits, or clinical strategy Familiarity with omnichannel engagement platforms or personalization tools Education Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
