Make an impact every day. Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a Home Care Manager to lead operations in our Braintree office. If you're a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference in people's lives, this is your role.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations of home care services (HHA, CNA, PCA, Homemaker, Companion) Manage scheduling and ensure strong client-caregiver matches Maintain communication with clients, families, and care teams Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction Lead, coach, and support office staff and caregivers Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards Handle reports, documentation, and payroll prep Participate in on-call rotation as needed
What You Bring:
2+ years of home care experience 2+ years of leadership/management experience Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, electronic systems) ASAP experience is a plus Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation
Education:
