Job Description

Nursing Professional Practice Coordinator We are in search of a highly qualified Nursing Professional Practice Coordinator to become part of our team in Brockton, MA. This position will report directly to the Director of Staff Education and Professional Development. Enjoy a full-time schedule with day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and a competitive salary range of $39-$80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and align nursing practices with ANCC standards and LEAN principles. Promote and integrate evidence-based nursing practices. Establish and sustain shared governance frameworks. Enhance nursing professional growth and development. Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. Develop and implement professional practice guidelines. Lead patient safety and quality improvement initiatives. Act as a valuable resource for nursing leadership and staff.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing - Masters Preferred At least 5 years of nursing experience required. Previous experience in leadership or coordinator positions preferred. Proficient knowledge of ANCC standards and LEAN methodology. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to professional development.
