MAB Community Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Clinical Operations to join the team at Ivy Street School, a year-round private residential special education school serving students ages 13-22 with neurodevelopmental disorders, neurological disorders, and behavioral health challenges. Position Summary Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations, this leadership role supports the clinical, educational, and residential teams to ensure high-quality therapeutic services and a safe, supportive milieu. The Assistant Director provides direct clinical services, supports staff development, leads trainings and supervision, and partners closely with students and families. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy Support clinical programming and milieu needs Collaborate with education, residential, and behavior teams Co-lead clinical supervision, meetings, and trainings Supervise interns and support onboarding of clinicians Help lead family engagement initiatives and parent support groups Participate in on-call leadership coverage Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work or related field LICSW or LMHC required Experience in trauma-informed care, PBIS, and family systems Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license required Why Join Us?
