Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new Patient Services platform supporting a key commercial launch within a new disease area. This role will oversee cross-functional integrations across Patient Services, Field CRM, Master Data Management (MDM), Analytics/Reporting, and related commercial technology platforms. Our client considers this to be a top priority, high visibility program. The ideal candidate will bring strong life sciences PMO experience, hands-on program delivery expertise, and the ability to coordinate complex technical and business workstreams across internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners. This is a hybrid onsite role in the greater Boston area 2-3 days/week. The initial contract is through end of 2026 but will be extended for an additional 6-12 months in 2027. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Patient Services implementation from initiation through launch. Develop and manage key program deliverables, including project plans, schedules, RAID logs, stage gates, and status reporting. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Patient Services, CRM, MDM, analytics/reporting, and integration teams. Manage implementation partners, software vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, resource constraints, dependencies, and escalation items. Facilitate Agile and/or Waterfall project execution, including JIRA management and sprint coordination. Deliver executive and team-level status updates with appropriate messaging and reporting detail. Support integration planning, business process alignment, system adoption, and operational readiness activities. Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled solutions supporting patient services and commercial operations. Qualifications 10+ years of program/project management experience within pharma, biotech, or life sciences environments. Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations involving Patient Services, CRM, MDM, analytics, or commercial systems. Strong PMO background with expertise in program governance, RAID management, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting. Experience managing implementation vendors, consulting partners, and technical delivery teams. Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution-heavy environments. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva CRM, Mosaic, Beacon, or similar commercial technology platforms. Familiarity with Patient Services programs, Master Data Management integrations, and analytics/reporting systems. Exposure to AI-enabled tools or automation initiatives within commercial or patient services operations.
