Job Description

Position summary Under direct supervision, provides advanced administrative support to implement the goals of various projects, develops plans and systems and coordinates the day to day activities in order to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are achieved. Key responsibilities This role will oversee our patient and capacity management processes, in addition to supporting internal projects: Manage patient appointment attendance warning process Manage OPS internal process for patient transfer/coverage due to provider departures/LOAs Liaise with IT re: Help Desk & Epic tickets Provide project support Coordinates the day to day activities of the project, including the recruitment of project staff, setting up records systems, and organizing meetings and conferences.
Gathers all project information:
schedules, data requests, assignment task, and project meetings. Works with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments. Works with Project Manager, assists in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project. Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned. Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication. Acts as liaison with the relevant work groups and clinical areas. Develops linkages between these areas. Acts as liaison with other department and regulatory agencies and consultants on analyses of financial, clinical or administrative data Oversees and facilitates the production of training materials, newsletters and other appropriate products generated by the project. Minimum qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree required. Masters preferred.
Experience:
1 year experience in an administrative support role and/or projects related role. Ability to effectively coordinate the activities of employees within assigned unit/department. Effectively dealing with conflicting views or issues and mediating fair and workable solutions. Technically competent with various software programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. Familiarity with project management software a plus.
