Senior Clinician (LADC I) / Clinical Supervisor -
Substance Use Disorder Program Salary:
Up to $80,000 annually Position Summary The Senior Clinician (LADC I) / Clinical Supervisor oversees and coordinates all clinical services within the Substance Use Disorder Program in accordance with facility standards and clinical philosophy. This role provides leadership, supervision, and guidance to clinical staff while ensuring high-quality client care, regulatory compliance, and a safe therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities Assess clients to determine appropriate level of care and provide diagnostic input as appropriate Support counselors in developing individualized treatment plans Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consultations Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and assigned staff Maintain a clinical caseload as needed Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and expand programming Ensure daily clinical programming occurs as scheduled Monitor documentation and assist with maintaining client records Provide crisis intervention and promote a safe, therapeutic environment Address client concerns related to treatment and recovery Complete required trainings in accordance with company and licensing standards Perform other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities Day-to-day supervision, coaching, and training of clinical department staff Qualifications (Massachusetts) LADC I or other independent Master's-level license valid in Massachusetts Master's degree in a related behavioral health field (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Mental Health, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related discipline) Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience Minimum 1 year of full-time clinical supervisory experience
