  • Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking a dynamic Clinical Assistant Team Manager to join our Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CBHC) program which serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults.
As the Assistant Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising staff in developing interventions and clinical treatment plans for individuals affected by mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. You will ensure services align with CBHC principles and are person-centered, tailored to individual needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision and support to staff in both office and field settings, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based care Oversee development and completion of treatment plans, crisis plans, assessments, and authorizations in line with agency and CBHC requirements Ensure all interventions are person-centered and delivered based on individual preferences, needs, and goals Manage documentation quality, ensuring all records are timely, clinically sound, and aligned with treatment plans Guide staff in delivering side-by-side interventions focused on skill-building, problem-solving, and recovery-oriented care
Qualifications:
Hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (i.e.:
LMHC, LICSW, LMFT
etc.) Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field Experience working with adults with severe mental illness and at least one year of supervisory experience
Valid Massachusetts Drivers License Schedule:
Monday
