We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Unit Manager to lead our 41-bed Long-Term Care unit. Competitive Incentives & Pay We value our leaders and offer a significant Sign-On Bonus for full-time hires (32+ hours/week): Registered Nurse (RN): $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $3,000 Sign-On Bonus (Bonus payout: 50% at 3 months; 50% at 6 months)

The Role:
Clinical Leader & Advocate As the Rehab Unit Manager, you are the heartbeat of our 41-bed unit. You will supervise all nursing activities to ensure the highest degree of quality care while staying compliant with all Federal, State, and facility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
Team:
Instruct and delegate tasks to Team Leaders; participate in hiring, orientation, and performance evaluations.
Clinical Oversight:
Oversee weekly wound rounds, Medicare documentation, infection control surveillance, and daily huddles.
Resident-Centered Care:
Participate in interdisciplinary (IDC) meetings, discharge planning, and family meetings to ensure holistic resident support.
Operational Excellence:
Manage unit supplies, conduct quality assurance audits, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Hands-on Leadership:
Assessment of resident needs during daily rounds, monitoring medication passes, and providing direct nursing care when necessary.
Qualifications Licensure:
Valid Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Experience:
Previous supervisory or management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment is required .
Skills:
Strong understanding of rehab and LTC clinical standards, wound care oversight, and Medicare documentation.
