The Role We are looking for an Executive Associate Director (BCBA) to work directly alongside the CEO as a collaborative leader and thought partner. This is not a rigid, one-size-fits-all position. Instead, this role is designed for someone who wants to grow into leadership while shaping their own path within the company.
You will:
collaborate on clinical decision-making and case support mentor and support staff in real, in-the-moment work contribute to the development of systems, training, and clinical quality support a positive, high-standard team culture What Makes This Role Unique This position is intentionally flexible and built around the right person.
