Murphy Dental Group is seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our established private practice.

This is a patient-facing, relationship-driven role—ideal for someone who enjoys guiding patients through treatment, explaining financials clearly, and helping them feel confident moving forward with care. This is not a basic front desk position. What You'll Do Present and review treatment plans with patients Explain procedures, insurance estimates, and patient responsibility Discuss payment options and financial arrangements Schedule treatment and follow-up appointments Follow up on unscheduled or incomplete treatment Coordinate communication between doctor, clinical team, and front office Verify insurance benefits and understand PPO estimates Maintain accurate notes and tracking in EagleSoft Support a smooth, organized, and positive patient experience What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in dental front office or treatment coordination Strong communication skills with a warm, confident presence Comfortable discussing treatment, insurance, and finances Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Able to explain information clearly without overwhelming patients Positive, team-first mindset EagleSoft experience preferred
Schedule Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM
  • 5:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM No evenings or weekends Compensation & Benefits $26
