We're seeking a dynamic Dental Clinical Manager-(MA Dental Assistant License Required) to lead clinical operations across a thriving, multi-specialty dental practice serving adult, pediatric, orthodontic, and perioperative patients. What You'll Do
Lead Clinical Operations:
Drive day-to-day performance across all specialties, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient scheduling, and optimal chair utilization
Inspire & Develop Teams:
Manage and mentor hygienists, assistants, and clinical support staff, fostering accountability, collaboration, and growth
Providers:
Work closely with dentists and specialists to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and elevate patient experience
Champion Compliance:
Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and infection control standards while maintaining audit readiness
Drive Improvements:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement new technologies, and standardize workflows
Own Performance Metrics:
Monitor KPIs, staffing efficiency, and operational outcomes to support continuous improvement
Support Business Operations:
Contribute to budgeting, workforce planning, and cost management initiatives What You Bring
- 5-7+ years of leadership in Dental Assisting or Hygiene
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, compliance, and best practices
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional clinical teams
- Experience in multi-specialty dental environments (highly preferred)
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented and approachable leadership style
