Operations Director Job Summary:
PharmaHealth Pharmacy is hiring a full-time, field-based Healthcare Relationship Manager to lead outreach efforts across the Southcoast region. This role is key in promoting our pharmacy's services to physician offices, long-term care facilities, assisted living centers, and other healthcare partners. In addition to supporting PharmaHealth Pharmacy, this position will also support all outreach efforts for select partner businesses under our network. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, healthcare and pharmaceutical knowledge, and the ability to build meaningful relationships in a professional setting. A flexible schedule and daily travel to healthcare offices and facilities is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent PharmaHealth Pharmacy and partner organizations professionally in the field. Conduct daily outreach visits to medical practices, long-term care facilities, homecare agencies, and other healthcare businesses.
Promote services including:
Compliance blister packaging Free prescription delivery Immunizations and vaccine clinics Medication synchronization and regimen reviews Seamless prescription transfers Support for transitions of care and custom LTC solutions Educate providers and office staff on how to refer patients and utilize pharmacy services. Provide marketing materials, manage new account onboarding, and collect necessary referral forms or contacts. Serve as the main point of contact between the pharmacy and provider offices to ensure satisfaction and continuity. Document outreach activity, maintain visit logs, and report updates to pharmacy leadership. Attend community events, fairs, and professional networking events when scheduled. Assist with strategy development to expand pharmacy reach and impact.
Qualifications:
Background in pharmacy, healthcare, or healthcare marketing
REQUIRED.
Prior experience with provider relations, pharmaceutical sales, or LTC outreach is a strong plus. Outstanding verbal communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage time across a flexible daily schedule. Professional and approachable demeanor. Must have reliable personal transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel daily across assigned areas. Must have a degree in Marketing or Business Management.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, LTC services, or compliance packaging. Understanding of referral workflows and patient transitions in medical settings. Experience using CRM or tracking software a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive full-time salary based on experience. Mileage reimbursement or travel allowance included. Performance-based incentives will be offered.
