SUPERVISORJob Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Clinical Supervisor to support our OB/GYN practice across Haverhill and Newburyport (approximately 20 minutes apart). This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about supporting both patients and care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a clinical resource for triage nurses, providing guidance on patient care, medical decision-making, and complex casesLead and facilitate high-risk patient meetingsCollaborate closely with the birth center to ensure continuity and quality of careOversee a team of 6-8 Medical Assistants, including scheduling and daily workflow managementSupport the medical operations of the practice, ensuring efficient and high-quality care delivery

Pay Range:

$88,400.00 USD - $118,975.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
