Hospice Clinical Director CHN Health Care Group - 4.6 Newton, MA Job Details $125,000 - $145,000 a year 3 hours ago Full Job Description Job Summary The Hospice Clinical Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the hospice agency. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in hospice nursing with progressive management experience. Will consider a strong Hospice RN who is ready to take on more of a leadership role with a support system available. The Hospice Clinical Director will maintain quality standards and implement best practices to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. This role requires exceptional the ability to foster a collaborative environment among clinical staff. This is an Interim position with possible conversion to permanent and is possible to work hybrid. (Home and Office) Responsibilities Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures in alignment with requirements. Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff. Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Monitor clinical operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and staff to promote a positive experience. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years Hospice RN Case Management experience with demonstrated leadership experience. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. This position is ideal for an experienced leader looking to make a significant impact in a growing organization while ensuring the highest standards of patient care are met. #
ALLIND Pay:
$125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
