This pivotal role combines leadership, organization, and patient-centered care to ensure a seamless experience for patients and support the clinical team. As a Lead Patient Care Coordinator, you will oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate patient scheduling, and foster a welcoming environment that promotes excellent healthcare delivery. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor the patient care team to ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient service Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals with precision and professionalism Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information Maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies Manage and oversee all incoming leads, inquiries, and consultation requests. Convert consultations into booked treatments and membership enrollments. Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers Lead efforts to improve patient experience by implementing best practices in office procedures and customer service Requirements Proven experience working in a medical or dental office environment, demonstrating familiarity with healthcare workflows Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and staff Excellent medical administrative skills, including appointment scheduling, record keeping, and insurance processing Prior office experience that highlights organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail Experience working specifically in dental or healthcare offices is highly desirable Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude Exceptional communication skills to engage with patients empathetically and professionally Join us in making a difference by providing outstanding support in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
