We are looking for someone who is warm, organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This role is an essential part of creating an exceptional patient experience from the very first phone call through each visit in the clinic. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally and compassionately, and takes pride in making patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. Position Overview The Front Desk / Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for current and prospective patients and plays a vital role in the daily operations of the clinic. This individual supports the patient journey from scheduling and registration to communication and front office coordination. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and friendliness Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist patients with scheduling needs Manage and maintain the daily patient schedule Verify and update patient demographic, insurance, and financial information in the EMR system Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records Manage clinic documentation Assist Billing Manager with insurance verification, daily schedule audits Communicate professionally with physicians' offices, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers Support therapists and office staff with day-to-day clinic operations Help create a positive, organized, and efficient patient experience Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times Qualifications Previous medical office, healthcare, or customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and email communication Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service What We Offer Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients Competitive compensation Paid time off and benefits Positive clinic culture focused on patient care and teamwork
